Our school currently offers Final Briefing Examinations for both Salespersons as well as Brokers. These practice tests provide updated questions with explained answers covering the same subjects you will see on the DRE state exam. Although you may have a basic understanding of the subject matter after completing the required DRE courses, you need some other form of study material specifically for the DRE exam. Textbook Examination
We offer two different types of Briefing Exams. One is in a textbook format. It consists of over 1500 questions with explained answers and includes the following:

- Broker Appendix: 500 extra practice questions specific to the Broker exam.

Online Examination
The other type of Briefing Exam is offered online. This is an interactive database of over 1,000 current questions, just like those you will find on the state exam.
You study the questions in practice exams drawn at random or by category from the question database. They are graded automatically providing explained answers and links to an extensive real estate glossary. Topics include:
