Step Up To A Career In Real Estate
 
First...you must successfully complete courses in California Real Estate Principles, California Real Estate Practice, and one other course from our list of courses offered. This is required by the Department of Real Estate in order to apply for the state examination. These courses consist of homework assignments and multiple choice exams. Upon passing the exams, you have successfully completed the courses and will receive a Course Completion Certificate for each course completed.
 
Second...you must apply to take the state exam with the Department of Real Estate (DRE) to obtain your California Real Estate License. You must also provide the Course Completion Certificates' information. Our school will provide all of this information to you.
 
Third...you should study the Final Briefing Exam Guide. The Exam Guide consists of practice exams similar to what you will take on the DRE state exam with explained answers.
 
Fourth...after you pass your Real Estate Salesperson exam, call your local real estate office for a career interview.
 

Preparing to Pass the State Salesperson Examination
The Real Estate School offers a unique home-study program, which includes online courses or textbook based courses with the benefit of on-line homework assignments and on-line final examinations.
