Real Estate Education in Association with Chamberlin Real Estate School.
Chamberlin School is the DRE approved sponsor and holds all approval numbers (#0289).
With a Brokers License you may work independently without having to hang your license with a broker. You may also employ salespeople to work under your supervision.
Applicants willing to obtain a real estate brokers license must have a minimum of two years full-time licensed salesperson experience within the last 5 years (or four years part-time experience, or have a four-year college degree). Applicants must have successfully completed at least eight statutory-required courses from the following list of courses that we offer:
The following five courses are required:
- Real Estate Practice
- Legal Aspects of Real Estate
- Real Estate Finance
- Real Estate Appraisal
- Real Estate Economics
and three courses from the following group that we offer:
- Real Estate Principles
- Property Management
- Real Estate Office Administration
- Mortgage Loan Brokering & Lending
