With a Brokers License you may work independently without having to hang your license with a broker. You may also employ salespeople to work under your supervision.
Applicants willing to obtain a real estate brokers license must have a minimum of two years full-time or four years part-time experience during the 5 year period immediately preceding application for license or have a four-year college degree. Applicants must have successfully completed at least eight statutory-required courses from the following list of courses that we offer:
The following five courses are required:
- Real Estate Practice
- Legal Aspects of Real Estate
- Real Estate Finance
- Real Estate Appraisal
- Real Estate Economics
and three courses from the following group that we offer:
- Real Estate Principles
- Property Management
- Real Estate Office Administration
We offer each course at $69 each + S/H. If you purchase two courses together the cost is $124 + S/H.
